The Station presents: Carnival of Light
Carnival of light is a large scale, projection art installation that coincides with the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival. Powerful projectors are used to transform the walls of 4 different locations in downtown Saranac Lake into an outdoor art gallery displaying projection art from local and regional artist. Several pieces were created by animating still images contributed by local artists including student artwork from local schools. Make sure you check out the interactive setup located on the Balcony of The Waterhole. The control surface up there will allow you to create your own projection art collage using images filmed in Saranac Lake.
